What the request-a-call form collects

The booking form on this site is provided by Elfsight, a third-party form widget. When you submit it, it collects the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the type of business you run, and the budget range you select. That information is sent to us so we can call you back and prepare for the conversation. We do not use it for anything else.

The form is protected by reCAPTCHA, a spam-prevention service from Google. reCAPTCHA collects device and usage signals to tell people apart from bots, and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms of service.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site are handled through WhatConverts, a call-tracking service. It records the calling number, the length of the call, and which page, search or advertisement led you to call. We use that to work out which marketing is worth paying for.

Calls may be answered first by an automated assistant that takes your name, number and reason for calling, and calls may be transcribed so we have an accurate record of what was discussed. If you would rather not be handled that way, say so and ask for a person, or use the form instead.

Analytics and advertising measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, loaded through Cloudflare. These tell us how many people visited, which pages they read, and which advertisements led to an enquiry. They work with cookies and similar identifiers, and they report on visits rather than on named individuals. Your browser settings, or any ad or cookie blocker you use, can limit or stop this collection.

Cloudflare also serves and protects this website, which means it processes the technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver a page to you securely.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for their own marketing. The services named above are the only third parties involved, and each one only handles what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details and call records for as long as we may reasonably need them — while we are talking, and afterwards for our own business records. Ask us to delete them earlier and we will.

How to see, correct or delete your information

Call (469) 991-1500 or send the request through the form on this site, and tell us what you want done. We will confirm the request with you, act on it, and tell you when it is finished. There is no charge for this, and asking costs you nothing else — we will not keep marketing to you because you asked.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top.
